Loan Purpose: Purchase, rate & term refinance and cash out. FICO Score Needed: 650. Loan Size: $150K to $50M. LTV: Up to 80%. Loan Term: Up to 30 years. Interest Rate and Fees: Competitive market rates and fees. No ratio DSCR loans available. The interest rate is slightly higher.
